The 36-year-old bride, who became a household name across the UK when she hosted BBC's The One Show, wore a low-cut white lace gown and veil for the ceremony.
The pair, who have been engaged for four years, smiled for photographers as they left the wedding venue and they were pictured celebrating with champagne in a limo.
Christine also proudly showed off a sparkling wedding ring.
After tying the knot in a star-studded ceremony, the newly-weds delighted onlookers by sharing a lingering kiss as they posed outside St Paul's.
Brunette Christine looked stunning in a Suzanne Neville wedding dress, complete with elegant lace sleeves and full skirt.
Fashion-watchers noted the lace embroidery on the sleeves and corset were set off with a pretty pearl embellishment.
A silk sash cinched in the stunning dress at the waist, before falling to the floor in a dramatic sweep of gauze.
The couple chose florist Rob Van Helden for their flowers, a favourite with the likes of members of the Royal Family and singer Elton John.
Christine was the picture of elegance at her wedding which was also attended by TV stars Ant and Dec, who were both joined by their wives, Lisa Armstrong and Ali Astall, as well as Frank's cousin Jamie Redknapp and his wife Louise, along with the groom's uncle Harry Redknapp.
The Wild Ireland presenter couldn't contain her joy as she emerged from the church.
Christine kept her hair and make-up look classic for her big day, wearing her brunette locks pulled back from her face and setting off her look with a pair of diamond earrings.
Meanwhile, Frank (37), looked a picture of happiness.
Adding glamour to proceedings was Simon Cowell's ex-girlfriend Jackie St Clair. Kelly Hoppen, interior designer to the stars, also joined proceedings, wearing a demure black dress with a fur cape. TV's Holly Willoughby also smiled for photographers as she arrived.
