Demi Moore 'following Happy Cleanse'

Demi Moore

Demi Moore has reportedly been following a "Happy Cleanse" juice diet.

The 50-year-old actress showed off a perfectly toned physique while holidaying in Mexico after Christmas.

The secret behind her glowing appearance is apparently down to daily yoga and dance sessions at Amansala Bikini Bootcamp in Tulum combined with her Happy Cleanse juice diet, courtesy of Los Angeles based company Earth Bar.

"Demi's having daily juices full of nutrients and vitamins to make her feel and look good," an insider told British magazine Grazia.

"She's also been having blood tests to find out how to increase the levels of serotonin for a happy mind/body. Her juices include banana, kale and spinach which increase serotonin levels too."

While the recent rejuvenated glow sported by Demi is entirely natural, the star has previously spoken about her acceptance of plastic surgery to give women a helping hand with their looks. In 2003 Demi reportedly spent £220,000 on head-to-toe surgery, including liposuction, breast uplift and saggy skin removal. She has previously denied the surgery took place, however has recently become more forthcoming, discussing the matter of a nip and a tuck.

"After three kids, gravity takes its toll," Demi revealed. "So I have no problem with enhancing one's looks or fixing something."
