Demi Moore 'stimulated by yoga sessions'

Demi Moore

Demi Moore is reportedly getting “rid of her demons” through regular yoga sessions.

The actress has been regularly photographed attending stretching sessions since her split from husband Ashton Kutcher. She is believed to be a fan of Kundalini, which is known as ‘the yoga of awareness’. According to British magazine Grazia certain poses can also apparently induce an “orgasm-like state”, known as a “yogasm”.

The sensation is produced by strengthening the muscles around the genital area.

She has apparently been working with Guru Tej, who teaches at West Hollywood’s Nine Treasures studio. According to insiders they were introduced by British comic star and fellow yoga devotee Russell Brand.

“Russell introduced Demi to Tej some months ago and she’s been working with him ever since – she loves his classes,” a source revealed to British magazine Grazia. “Through Kundalini, Tej has really been helping her get rid of her demons.”

The 50-year-old star recently attended the Kundalini Summer Solstice in New Mexico with her daughter Rumer.

The pair reportedly took part in a ‘blind walk marathon’ and practised “White Tantric Meditation” during the three day event.

Demi is now seemingly eager for her other children Tallulah and Scout to join them on future yoga sessions. However, they apparently aren’t convinced about the idea.

“The other girls aren’t ready to go there yet,” the insider added.

In May it was reported that Demi was eager to become a yoga instructor.

The star was said to have completed a three-day yoga retreat to be a Kundalini teacher.
