DiCaprio ‘surrounded by models’ at 40th b’day
Leonardo DiCaprio’s birthday party was filled with beautiful women and celebrities.
The Inception actor turned 40 years old on November 11 and to celebrate the milestone age, he hosted a bash at exclusive club SoHo House in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday night.
The event was populated by “80 per cent models” and other fabulous celebrities, including Tyrese, Adam Levine, Russell Simmons and Robin Thicke, according to TMZ.
Leonardo has exhibited a penchant for supermodels in the past, as some of his ex-girlfriends include Bar Refaeli and Gisele Bündchen. He was most recently romantically linked to 22-year-old Victoria’s Secret beauty, Toni Garrn, but speculation they have split began cropping up last month.
Apparently Leonardo’s mother Irmelin, is hoping her son will settle down soon.
"She's been begging him to put his partying and womanising behind him," an insider explained to the US edition of OK! magazine.
"She's sick of getting attached to whomever he's dating, only to see then cast aside for a newer model."
But it appears Leonardo is simply too thrilled by the presence of beautiful women to curtail his revelry habits.
This summer, UK newspaper The Mirror reported The Wolf of Wall Street star flew in 30 ladies to party with him in Búzios, Brazil in honour of the World Cup. Apparently he purchased plane tickets for more than two dozen ladies, and invited another 20 from the city, to join him at a private party after he hired out Pacha nightclub for Brazil’s opening game against Croatia.
