DJ Diplo denies Kate Hudson romance rumours
Diplo's representative denies Kate Hudson hookup
DJ Diplo has denied he is dating actress Kate Hudson after they were pictured spending time together in Spain last week (ends17Jul16).
The Almost Famous star was enjoying a holiday with her pals on the party island of Ibiza, while the producer was in town for work, playing a gig at local nightclub Pacha.
And according to Us Weekly, the two crossed paths and ended up spending time together, which a source says ultimately led to their new romance.
This isn't the first time Kate and Diplo have sparked gossip about a possible relationship - they were first photographed side-by-side at the Met Gala in May (16), when they left the annual New York City fashion event together. However, a representative for Diplo denies he has started up a romance with the actress.
Meanwhile, Kate hasn't been shy about sharing photos from her relaxing Ibiza vacation on Instagram, posting picturesque shots of the sea, eating lunch with her girlfriends and celebrating her pal and stylist Sophie Lopez's birthday at a group dinner.
Kate, 37, also posted a snap of the rented mansion they stayed in, which featured an infinity pool looking over the blue sea. She added the caption: "Thanks for finding us this amazing house @BookingCom for our girls/family vaca (sic)! What a blast! Till next time Ibiza!"
Diplo, real name Thomas Wesley Pentz, previously dated pop star Katy Perry on and off from 2014 to 2015. Meanwhile, Kate has been linked to a number of stars including 23-year-old Nick Jonas, but the two have always stayed coy about a possible romance.
"Kate’s incredible," Nick said to Complex magazine earlier this year (16). "We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that’s beautiful. Out of my best effort to respect her and her privacy, I’m not going to say if we had sex or not. But we did have a beautiful connection. Even now I have so much admiration and respect. She’s amazing."
