Drink drive charge for Bobby Brown
R&B singer Bobby Brown has been charged with drink driving.
Los Angeles city attorney's spokesman Frank Mateljan said Brown was charged with two drink driving-related counts and one for driving on a suspended licence.
Brown was arrested on Monday by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Mr Mateljan said Brown could face up to six months in jail if convicted.
Brown was pulled over after a patrolman reported seeing him speaking on his mobile phone without a hands-free unit.
