Duhamel to make his soap return

Josh Duhamel is set to pay a return visit to the US show which made him famous.

The Transformers star will make a cameo on the daytime drama All My Children, reprising his role as con artist Leo du Pres, Entertainment Weekly reports.

The character supposedly died in a waterfall accident almost a decade ago. His body was never found, however, giving Josh the chance to come back to the soap.

All My Children - which debuted in the US in 1970 - is set to air its final episode in September.

Other famous alumni include Sarah Michelle Gellar, Christian Slater and US TV host Kelly Ripa.
