Emma Watson 'buying NY home'
Emma Watson is apparently searching for a New York home.
The Harry Potter star grew up in the UK but has spent a lot of time in America to shoot movies and attend Brown University in Rhode Island.
Now the Page Six reports the actress was spotted checking out properties in the New York City borough on Monday.
According to the publication, Emma was interested in a new building on 150 E. 72nd St., which has apartments selling for up to $15 million.
The move is a long time coming, as the 23-year-old was seen looking at a new home in the Upper East Side near Central Park back in 2012.
It's a new year and a new start for Emma, who seems to be moving on from her breakup with William Adamowicz last summer by dating rugby hunk Matthew Janney.
The handsome sports star is 21 and the pair met at Oxford University in England, where Emma spent some time studying.
It looks like the star could have had some competition when she snapped up the hunk.
"It's early days but they're very much in to each other. Matt's a real hit with the girls but he may have finally met his match," a source recently said.
"She doesn't suffer fools gladly. But Matt's a lovely guy, charismatic and intelligent. They make a great couple."
The new couple have even enjoyed their first holiday together, jetting off to the Caribbean earlier this month.
The cute pair looked smitten as they cuddled up on the beach and enjoyed playful hugs in the water.
