Eva Longoria has confirmed she is stepping out with an American football player.
The former Desperate Housewives star - who split from Penelope Cruz' brother Eduardo Cruz earlier this year after dating for 16 months - told Extra she is dating New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.
The 37-year-old said: "Mark and I are, you know, fine. We're happy just dating."
Eva, who split from basketball player husband Tony Parker in 2010, has been linked to the sports star since earlier this summer after they were spotted out on a string of dates, including a shopping trip in New Jersey, where Mark has a home, and a dinner with friends in New York.
The actress is due to host Latin community's ALMA Awards later this month.
