Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell are set to wed any day now, it is believed.
The Hollywood stars were spotted picking up their marriage license in Los Angeles on Tuesday, according to RadarOnline.
A wedding official will be needed to complete the process.
A source told the website Evan, 25, and Jamie, 26, looked blissfully happy as they came a step closer to being husband and wife.
"Evan and Jamie were at the Beverly Hills City marriage license office around lunchtime today," the insider said. "They looked like any other young couple in love."
Evan and Jamie fell for each other after meeting in 2005 on the set of the Green Day video Wake Me Up When September Ends.
The couple got matching tattoos, with Evan etching the initial 'J' on her ankle.
They dated for a year before splitting, then rekindled their romance last year.
During their time apart, Evan enjoyed a high-profile romance with gothic music star Marilyn Manson, who she became engaged to in January 2010. They split in August of the same year.
Jamie was reportedly seen shopping for an engagement ring in December.
It was not known if they are planning a traditional ceremony.
