Family in vow to never give up the search for Arlene
The sister of missing Co Tyrone schoolgirl Arlene Arkinson has vowed: "We will never rest until we find her and give her a proper burial."
Kathleen Arkinson was speaking after police said a new search of farmland at Killen near Castlederg had failed to locate the teen's body.
Farmer Noel Doherty stumbled across what he thought could have been a shallow grave close to where the 15-year-old schoolgirl was last seen alive in 1994, and specialist search teams were called in.
However, the PSNI said the search had now ended.
"Nothing suspicious has been found and the Arkinson family have been updated," it added.
