Tina Fey is working on a new college comedy with her 30 Rock co-writer Matt Hubbard.
The project has sparked a competitive bidding war between broadcasters, according to The Hollywood Reporter, as 30 Rock co-showrunner Robert Carlock and Tina's producer and composer husband Jeff Richmond are also on board.
The untitled sitcom will be set in a women's college which starts accepting men for the first time.
NBC and Fox are said to be among the networks interested.
Tina created and starred in 30 Rock - about the team behind a comedy sketch show - which just aired its seventh and final season in the US.
Though not a massive ratings winner, the show was a cult hit, proved successful with critics and scooped a string of awards including Golden Globes and Emmys.
