Fiona Apple reportedly took ownership immediately of the narcotics found on her tour bus.

The Criminal singer was arrested Tuesday around 8PM at a US Border Patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas.

According to TMZ authorities performed a "routine" sweep with drug-sniffing dogs on the vehicle and uncovered a glass container with .01 pounds of weed and .01 pounds of hash in a blue backpack.

The Hudspeth County Sheriff's Office tells the website that Fiona "freely admitted" that those drugs were hers.

Fiona spent the night in jail and was released on a $10,000 bond Wednesday.

Her Thursday night concert at Moody Theatre in Austin, Texas has been postponed in light of her incarceration.

Several other Hollywood stars have been taken into custody for narcotics charges at that specific US Border Patrol location in Sierra Blanca. Armie Hammer, Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson have been arrested there previously.
