Fox wants jury trial in bus suit

Matthew Fox is facing a civil lawsuit from a Cleveland bus driver

Matthew Fox wants a jury trial in a Cleveland civil lawsuit claiming the former star of TV's Lost punched the driver of a chartered party bus.

Online court records show Fox made the demand in a counterclaim filed last week.

In her lawsuit, driver Heather Bormann of Cleveland alleges that the actor punched her in the breast, groin, arm and legs after she blocked him from boarding the bus on August 28. Fox was in Cleveland for a movie shoot.

Bormann's suit says she needed medical treatment for injuries that led to a loss of income. She's seeking at least 75,000 US dollars in damages.

Cleveland prosecutors reviewed the case and declined to file charges against the actor.

You'll have to make an emotional appeal to your boss. Unless things change, you might have to find another job. You're a very tolerant person, but you can't handle toxic behaviour. A colleague who takes great pleasure in making everyone feel miserable should be reprimanded. Make it clear you aren't the only person who is suffering from their abuse. Explain how this bully is ruining morale. It's a system wide problem that needs to be nipped in the bud.More
