Gaga 'honoured' to be godmother
Lady Gaga has spoken of her delight at becoming godmother to Sir Elton John's baby.
The Rocket Man singer was reported to have asked the pop queen to become godmother to his son, who was born to a surrogate mother.
Gaga, who has campaigned for gay rights and raised awareness of HIV and Aids, told ITV1 show Lorraine she was delighted to have become godmother to Sir Elton and David Furnish's boy, saying: "Zachary is a beautiful, beautiful boy and I feel very honoured to be invited into their family."
Speaking about her own family, the pop star also revealed that her mum has different names for her daughter - which she uses depending on whether she's behaved or not.
The singer told Daybreak that there was "no separation between" Stefani Germanotta - Gaga's real name - and her on-stage persona.
But she said her mum insists on keeping the two separate, revealing: "When I'm good my mum call me Stefani, when I'm bad my mum goes 'Come on Lady Gaga!'."
Gaga and Sir Elton duetted at last year's Grammy Awards, paying tribute to each other by changing the lyrics while combining his track Your Song with her song Speechless.
