Gaga shares album anxiety
Lady Gaga reveals to her monsters that she fears separation anxiety over the impending release of her new album.
The Applause singer has started a twitter countdown for her latest offering ARTPOP.
Tweeting to her 40 million followers, she admitted her anxiety.
"ok its exactly 6 days till i have to turn in ARTPOP. SONGS check SEASHELLS check MONSTERS check INHALER for album separation anxiety check (sic)," she tweeted.
The first single from the new album, Applause, was rush-released due to snippets of the song being leaked online.
It went head to head with Katy Perry's latest single Roar, and sparked an online feud between both pop stars' loyal fans.
Gaga was having a twitter session earlier this morning when she also appeared to post a dig at Miley Cyrus, with the uploading of an old photo of the two singers.
In the snap Miley can be seen grinning, and still has her wholesome Disney image with long brown hair and a more demure outfit choice.
"DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN WITH LADY GAGA," Gaga posted.
Elsewhere on Twitter, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine appeared to call out Lady Gaga for being unoriginal in an unprovoked rant.
"Ugh..recycling old art for a younger generation doesn't make you an artist. It makes you an art teacher (sic),” he wrote. "I unabashedly love writing and performing pop music for both myself AND everyone around me. That's It. It doesn't need any extra sauce (sic).”
Lady Gaga shot back with "uh oh guys the art police is here (sic)," which ended any speculation as to who Adam was talking about.
