Gaga wants Jacko head injury photos
Lady Gaga is reportedly locked in a £1.25 million bidding war for medical records and photos of Michael Jackson's scalp burns.
Michael was rushed to hospital with second degree burns to his scalp in 1984 when his hair caught fire due to an accident with a firework display on the set of a Pepsi TV advert.
Now, the Applause singer, who is a huge Jackson fan, is battling with his estate over getting ownership of the eight-page medical report which includes photos, the Daily Mirror has reported.
Michael later blamed his traumatic experience for setting off his drug addiction and eventually died from a lethal dose of Propofol.
The papers are being sold by Nashville auction house, Flatsigned, on behalf of ambulance driver Brian McDaniel who claimed he found them in a park bin close to the hospital where the star was treated and the auction house have estimated they will sell for £1.25 million.
Auction house boss Tim Miller said: "Lady Gaga's attorney and ours have been dealing with each other and she's very much in the frame."
Lady Gaga has previously admitted spending nearly a million dollars on 55 items of Jacko memorabilia, including his studded Bad jacket and sparkly white glove.
She tweeted at the time: "The 55 pieces I collected today will be archived & expertly cared for in the spirit & love of Michael Jackson, his bravery, & fans worldwide."
She told Ryan Seacrest in an interview: "I recently bought a bunch of Michael Jackson clothes - bought a lot of clothes. The idea was to keep them for him. I actually don't want to wear them - they're Michael's clothes. I have one of his sweaters that I put on. I wear that when we're mixing and finishing up the records. His real clothing. But wearing it and having it be mine? No."
