Gary Beadle angers Geordie Shore castmates by missing filming for a week - report
His delayed arrival was supposedly due to him deciding to take an extra week off to play golf and spend time with his girlfriend Emma McVey.
Gary Beadle has reportedly infuriated his Geordie Shore castmates by turning up for filming a week late.
According to The Sun, Gary, who is known by the nickname Gaz, will arrive at the house on Thursday (11May17) - over a week after his co-stars arrived and began filming last Wednesday.
Apparently, his delayed arrival was due to him deciding to take an extra week off to play golf and spend time with his girlfriend Emma McVey.
"Some of the cast are angry that Gaz is allowed to waltz in whenever it suits him," a source told the publication. "Everyone else has to play by the rules so why make exceptions for him? Everyone has a busy schedule outside of the show but they have to make it work.
“Gaz is well liked among the cast but some people feel he’s getting special treatment from bosses.”
His co-stars, including Marnie Simpson, Aaron Chalmers and Scotty T, were said to be so angry about Gary's delayed return that it was "all they could talk about" when they arrived for filming, with the source adding: "(Gary) is certainly not the most popular person at the moment."
The report comes just days after Gary's ex co-star Holly Hagan, who left the MTV series late last year, hinted that the cast had fallen out.
"I’d still love Geordie Shore if it was like it used to be when everyone actually liked each other," she said. "Some people are a little bit bored now too. I think they just don’t want to be there."
Gary has been kept busy during the Geordie Shore break, filming in Australia for their version of Hell's Kitchen.
