George Clooney hits the road for 2,500-mile bike trip
The movie star and pal Rande Gerber hit national parks in Wyoming and Oregon during boys' adventure
George Clooney and his business partner and pal Rande Gerber recently returned from an epic road trip, covering over 2,500 miles in just five days.
The Casamigos partners hit the highways and byways of America without their wives Amal Clooney and Cindy Crawford for a dudes' motorcycle adventure.
The two fifty-somethings were spotted sightseeing at Wyoming’s Grand Teton National Park, where Clooney posed for photos with stunned fans.
One tells Us Weekly magazine, the guys set off on 27 August (16) and both seemed very relaxed and happy.
An eyewitness tells the publication, "George was on a motorcycle and stopped at one of the scenic viewpoints overlooking the river with mountains in the view. He took photos with about six fans."
Reports suggest the two pals and some other friends, who came along for the ride, bunked at the Trail's End Motel in Dubois, Wyoming, on 28 August (16).
Gerber shared a snapshot of their lodgings on his Instagram account and wrote the caption: "427 miles on a road where the buffalo roam. Time for a song and a @casamigos."
George and Rande were also spotted at Oregon's Cannon Beach on 29 August (16), before heading home to Los Angeles.
A source close to the pals told Us, "It’s a summer tradition. They make the route up as they go."
Gerber marked the end of the road trip by posting another picture on Instagram and adding the caption: "There’s no road too long with friends."
Last year (15), George and Rande hit the road for a trip that began at their Casamigos tequila distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, and took in places in Arizona, Colorado and Utah - part of America's Grand Circle.
