Gino and Mel back for more shows

Melanie Sykes is back for a new series of Let's Do...

Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes have revealed their excitement as they return for more Let's Do... shows this year.

A third series of Let's Do Lunch... With Gino And Mel has been commissioned for the summer, followed by a second season of Let's Do Christmas... With Gino And Mel at the end of the year.

Mel said: "I'm thrilled to be back with Gino for a new series. We always have such a giggle filming and it'll be great to learn a whole new set of quick, easy and delicious recipes. It's going to be great being back in the studio with him!"

Gino added: "I am really looking forward to being back in the studio with Mel - in fact, I can't wait. We really have amazing fun making the show and I love to think we inspire viewers to get into the kitchen and start cooking up delicious, stress-free meals."

Both series will air at lunchtimes on weekdays, and will feature a guest celebrity.

Katy Thorogood, commissioner for ITV factual and daytime, said: "The Let's Do... series have quickly established themselves as daytime favourites so we are thrilled to be able to confirm both series for 2013."
