Giuliana and Bill Rancic's surrogate is in labour.
The American TV presenter and her husband are expecting a son, their first child together. Giuliana struggled to fall pregnant and was then diagnosed with breast cancer, so the couple decided to enlist a surrogate to help them become parents.
Bill announced their new arrival will soon make an appearance via Twitter late last night.
"It's Game Time...... (sic)," he wrote.
They haven't posted any more information at the moment, so it's thought the labour is on-going.
Giuliana also posted a message on the social networking site, where she promised to keep her followers updated on proceedings.
"U all will be 1st to know (sic)," she wrote.
The happy couple are currently present at the labour in Denver, with reports Giuliana will deliver the child.
They have been in Colorado over the last seven days, taking some time out for a babymoon before their son makes an appearance.
The pair are planning to spend time with the new-born at their Chicago home, before taking him to their Los Angeles base in October.
