Guy Ritchie and his fiancee Jacqui Ainsley have had a baby girl.
The Sherlock Holmes director, 44, who was married to Madonna for eight years, had a son, Rafael, with Jacqui, a model, last year.
A spokesman for the couple said: "We can confirm that Guy and Jacqui are the proud parents of a new baby girl. Mother and baby are doing well."
Guy has another son, Rocco, from his relationship with Madonna and the couple also adopted David Banda from Malawi in 2006.
Their marriage ended in 2008 with a "quickie divorce" at the Principal Registry of the Family Division in High Holborn, London.
