Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk's recent getaway reportedly marks a new sign of commitment between the pair.

The two have been linked since last summer, but have seemingly split numerous times. However they were snapped enjoying a break on Italy’s Amalfi coast last week and sources say this time they are making a real go of the romance.

"Gwyneth has found it hard to balance her new life with the relationship. They've briefly split up three times in the last year, most recently just a month ago, but this holiday marks a new sign of commitment between them," a source told British magazine Grazia.

"Unlike Chris' [Martin, ex-husband] furtive relationship with Jennifer Lawrence, Gwyneth now doesn't mind making her happiness with Brad fully known. This is a new chapter for her, and she's ready to publically acknowledge that she and Brad are a couple."

Gwyneth, 42, and Chris split in March 2014, after ten years of marriage. Much has been made of their 'conscious uncoupling', especially as the pair have remained close friends.

Brad, 44, split from his wife Suzanne Bukinik in 2013, and the ending of two unions is said to have weighed heavily on Brad and Gwyneth's romance.

"The relationship between Gwyneth and Brad has been hindered in the past year by her refusal to commit so soon after the breakdown of her marriage to Chris. Brad is also coming off the back of his marriage ending," the source said.
