Hayden Panettiere fuelled rumours she’s engaged to Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko after stepping out with a diamond sparkler on her ring finger at the weekend.

The 23-year-old actress is rumoured to be secretly engaged to Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko.

The couple reunited in January, just under two years after their split and she’s said to have recently accepted his proposal.

Hayden did little to deflect the rumours as she frolicked on the beaches of Miami on Easter Sunday, MailOnline reports.

The former Heroes star turned heads in a purple two-piece bikini but hawk-eyed fans were first to notice what appeared to be new bling on her right ring finger.

The actress tweeted her 302,000 followers on Sunday as she celebrated the holiday with Wladimir and friends.

“HAPPY EASTER!” she wrote.

One of her pals meanwhile posted a photo on Instagram of the petite star wrapping her arms and legs around her athlete boyfriend.

Hayden dated American football star Scotty McKnight following her break-up from Wladimir, but they went their separate ways towards the end of 2012.

It was soon speculated that she and the boxer were giving things another shot, with Hayden spotted visiting him at his home in Florida. She confirmed shortly thereafter they had reconciled.

It's suggested Hayden and Wladimir are now wasting no time in planning their nuptials although the actress has been reluctant to confirm the news publicly.

"Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet," a source told UsWeekly last week.

Hayden recently spoke about her desire to have a family before too long.

The blonde star told British newspaper The Telegraph she is "built" to be a mother and taking on the role is one of her main life goals.
