Heidi Klum "cherishes all of the great memories" that she and her estranged husband Seal share.
The German supermodel and the musician announced their separation in January and are in the process of divorcing.
Over the weekend, Seal caused widespread shock by appearing to accuse his Heidi of infidelity during their relationship.
In the wake of the scandalous accusations, Heidi has released a statement clarifying her feelings on the end of her relationship with Seal.
"I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years," Heidi explained in a statement to People magazine.
"Our separation was based on issues between the two of us. Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."
Seal made the initial comments to TMZ, with the video posted online. They came after Heidi was pictured looking close to her bodyguard of four years Martin Kristen while on holiday recently.
Seal now claims his remarks were taken out of context.
Heidi and Seal are parents to four children together: Leni, eight, Henry, six, Johan, five, and Lou, two.
