Heidi Klum 'house hunting with beau'
Heidi Klum is apparently considering buying Katy Perry’s mansion in the Hollywood Hills.
The German model’s romance with Martin Kristen is clearly getting serious, with the pair apparently eager to set up home together. Heidi and her bodyguard lover have been looking at properties around Los Angeles, and have even seen Katy Perry’s mansion.
According to TMZ, the 40-year-old is searching for a “family home”, with enough room for her four children. Katy’s Hollywood Hills house boasts seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and Heidi and Martin are believed to have visited the property last week.
They were seemingly very impressed with the spacious mansion which also has fantastic views, a cinema room and a lagoon-style swimming pool. It is on the market for a recently reduced price of $6.495 million.
Heidi apparently has a list of requirements for her new home – she wants her master bedroom to be on the same floor as the rooms for her children. The beauty is also looking for a property which is located east of the 405 Freeway.
If Heidi does decide to move, packing up could prove rather laborious.
She recently admitted to keeping all her belongings as she gets so attached to material possessions.
“I can’t get rid of anything! It’s terrible – I’m like a hoarder!” Heidi laughed.
“I get attached to things [like my gowns] and I do hold on to them. It’s the same with their baby clothes. I kept the receiving blankets, hats, little shoes.”
Heidi is mother to Leni, nine, Henry, seven, Johan, six, and three-year-old Lou.
She has also gone to extreme lengths to keep pieces of their childhood intact.
“Two of my boys have big afros, and when I shaved them all down, I kept all the hair and I put it in a Ziploc bag,” Heidi revealed.
The television star went on to acknowledge she “can’t keep it all”.
