Hilary Duff shoots down hubby questions
Hilary Duff doesn't want to talk about where her marriage to estranged husband Mike Comrie stands anymore.
In January it was announced the 26-year-old and her spouse Mike Comrie, 33, had decided to split after four years of marriage. Since then the estranged couple have been spotted out together frequently with their adorable son Luca, two, and Hilary has now addressed speculation surrounding their relationship.
It seems she took inspiration from Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's 'conscious uncoupling' in March when talking about the topic.
"We're uncoupled for now. If there wasn't a chance of getting back [together], we would have filed for divorce..." she told Kyle and Jackie O's KIIS 1065 radio show.
"I talk about this so much and I don't want to talk about this anymore. But I spoke with him [Mike] this morning; we really care a lot about each other.
"When we were trying for a baby we weren't, 'We have to have a baby right now.' 'We were laid back... Whatever happens, happens. Once we're tired of doing this, we'll make a choice. We just don't really care what anyone thinks. We're being totally honest about it. My life is so up for grabs, everyone knows everything."
Hilary often shares snaps of their cute tot on Instagram and Twitter. When she isn't on hand to look after her little boy, the blonde beauty relies on her mother and Mike to take the reins.
"My mom takes care of Luca a lot now. His dad and my mom are working hard to take good care of him," she smiled.
Things remain positive for the family, and Hilary's older sister Haylie recently spoke to People about her sibling's love life, making it clear she has nothing but praise for her brother-in-law.
"You know, I think maybe we all think it's a lot weirder than it really is, but we love Mike, and he's still so much a part of our family," she said. "I might see Mike actually more than I see Hilary, which is weird."
