David Hasselhoff has revealed that his Welsh girlfriend wants to have children and that they are "sorting that out".

The Hoff, 62, has been seeing former Debenhams sales assistant Hayley Roberts, 33, from the village of Glynneath, Neath Port Talbot, since 2011.

Currently starring in TV mockumentary Hoff The Record, Hasselhoff described his girlfriend as "so anti-glam" despite the Hollywood lifestyle she is living with him.

Asked if Ms Roberts wants to have children, he told the Sunday Mirror's Notebook magazine: "She does, yes, so we're sorting that out. Or not.

"I'm still growing up. I'm on my second childhood now and I'm kind of enjoying it."

The former Knight Rider and Baywatch star said that the leggy blonde - who he calls Hayley Wales - gets on well with his daughters Taylor-Ann, 25, and Hayley, 22.

He said: "I spent more time with my daughters when I was by myself, but they're so busy now anyway I hardly see them.

"They're career girls. Zipping all over the place."

The American star also claimed that as he grows older he is becoming more like his father Joe Hasselhoff, who died last year.

"I'm becoming more cranky about things, like my dad would be, now I'm a bit older," he said.

"But he was wonderful to all people all the time. I could never live up to that.

"He used to carry cards around that said 'Knight Rider's Dad' and he would just hand them out. He absolutely loved it."
