Hollywood wants to stay on Bake Off

Paul Hollywood has no plans to quit his TV judging role

Paul Hollywood has revealed he and Mary Berry would like to continue judging The Great British Bake Off for as long as possible.

The celebrity baker said that the duo plan to keep their roles on the BBC Two cooking contest.

"Mary will never stop. I'll never stop. I'll carry on doing it," he told Digital Spy.

Paul admitted he can't understand the show's popularity, because the judges are "constructive, not destructive".

"It's 10 people in a tent baking. I find it odd," he continued.

"It's good because it's simple, it doesn't try to be something it isn't, and that comes down to the judging from Mary and myself.

Paul added: "We don't do it for effect, we just say it as it is - if it's good, it's good. But it's constructive, not destructive, and that's the good thing about it. We don't just go, 'It's rubbish' and walk away."

The Great British Bake Off continues on Tuesdays on BBC Two.

Aquarius:

Trust your instincts regarding moneymaking offers. If a job seems too good to be true, it probably is. Working as part of a campaigning team will suit you down to the ground. You're more motivated to help people than turn big profits. Some friends will discourage you from entering such a field, fearing it won't be lucrative. Don't worry. You'll make a very good salary by doing what you love. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to be miserable to earn a good living.More
