Holy little retro Batman blocks! Lego unveils Batcave tribute to mark superhero's television debut
Lego has unveiled a new set to mark the 50th anniversary of the screening of the first episode of the original Batman television series.
The iconic original television series featuring Adam West and Burt Ward was screened on January 12, 1966.
To mark the occasion toy company Lego has recreated the show's Batcave in its famous plastic building blocks.
The 2,500 piece set features the main characters, along with villains including the Joker, the Riddler and the Penguin.
It also comes with the Batmobile and a section of Wayne Manor with a false book case that opens to reveal the secret entrance to the Batcave.
The set will be available in March priced at £229.99.
