Homeland's Danny: I hope I survived

Hrach Titizian says even he's in the dark about his Homeland character

Homeland star Hrach Titizian has confessed even he isn't sure if his character Danny Galvez survived the explosion at the end of season two.

The hit show - starring Damian Lewis and Claire Danes as a suspected terrorist and a CIA agent who become lovers - is currently on hiatus following a dramatic finale which saw a terrorist bomb destroy the CIA headquarters and most of the people inside.

Hrach, attending the People's Choice Awards in LA said: "I think Danny survived! I don't know yet, that's how little I know. So we'll see."

The actor said how proud he was to be part of the hit show, which counts President Obama among its fans.

He said: "It feels really good. It's a really humbling experience and I just feel fortunate to be working with such great and talented people - the actors, the writers, everyone. It's really cool."

Homeland is a big contender yet again at the Golden Globes this weekend, with nominations for best drama series, and Damian and Claire up for best actor and actress.

Hrach said: "I'm not going to be there but I'm going to be watching and rooting for the show, of course."
