Honey G's X Factor exit was my highlight of 2016, says model Jourdan Dunn

British model Jourdan Dunn has walked on catwalks all over the world this year but said her 2016 highlight was Honey G's elimination from The X Factor.

Instead, she hopes boyband 5 After Midnight will triumph in the competition.

Dunn told the Press Association she watches the show with her young son Riley.

Dressed in a white bandeau top and trousers by Brandon Maxwell on the red carpet at the Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall, she said: "I don't want to be anti-anyone but I felt like her time was up, I just couldn't deal with her.

"I want 5 After Midnight to win, I want them to win in life.

"I just love seeing young people doing their thing, they can sing, they can dance, they are easy on the eye and I just want them to win in life."

On watching the show with her little boy, she said: "He gets really into it. We get into our pyjamas and he starts shouting and dancing.

"This year has been a bit rubbish, apart from music, which has been great with Solange and Beyonce. Everything else has been very weird. But Honey G not making it to the semi-finals was a highlight."
