Horwood: Walsh would be 'dreadful'

Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood has said Louis Walsh would be awful on the ballroom dancing show.

Louis is expected to quit The X Factor this year after 10 years on the ITV talent show and is said to want to compete on rival BBC One Saturday night show Strictly.

Craig joked on Daybreak that it would be a "sensible" career move for the Irish music mogul and that it could "get him a career, darling".

But the sharp-tongued judge said of his dancing skills: "I think he'd be dreadful, I don't even think he could get off a stool in time".

Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One for its 11th series in September - and Craig said he'd love Prince Harry to take part in the show.

Louis was said to have told the Daily Star: "I am going to be a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. But I am saying no more than that."
