Jamie Dornan has said he would play sinister serial killer Paul Spector from hit BBC drama The Fall until his "dying days".

The show's third and final series, also starring X-Files FBI agent Gillian Anderson as tough-talking detective Stella Gibson, will be returning this autumn.

But Fifty Shades star Jamie is keen to keep the show filmed in his native Northern Ireland going.

He told AP: "You know, that job changed my life.

"They're like family to me and I'm forever grateful for it to be a part of my life and, you know, I would play that character to my dying days if I had the opportunity."
