Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s ‘brother dies’

Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s brother Adam has died aged 41 after suffering a brain haemorrhage, it has been reported.

The former Sopranos actress has been left devastated after her sibling passed away aged just 41, Us Weekly reported.

According to the publication, stockbroker Adam suffered from a brain haemorrhage and lost his life on November 12.

"Adam was always so happy and inspired Jamie to be a better person every day," a source told Us Weekly. "She loved him dearly and will miss him more than anyone can ever imagine.”

Us Weekly reported that Adam’s illness came out of nowhere, leaving the entire family in shock.

The publication wrote that Adam went into a coma after the haemorrhage, with Jamie-Lynn and her relatives by his side as he battled for his life.

“The family was with him every second he was in a coma and was surrounded by his entire family when he passed,” the source added.

"He was engaged. He was such a funny, amazing man. He was an incredible uncle who was loved by all his friends and family. He will be greatly missed."

Adam was the eldest of the Jamie-Lynn’s siblings, with brother Brian the middle child.

Jamie-Lynn has yet to comment on the reports. However, she did make a reference to Adam’s condition on her Facebook page on November 11 when she changed her profile picture to a shot of her and her brother.

Her fans were quick to offer messages of support, with one reading: “Holding you and your family close to my heart. Adam will always be a part of you."
