Jenna Jameson has reportedly pled guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

The infamous former porn star was arrested in Orange County, California in May after her vehicle collided with a light pole around 1:30AM.

TMZ reports that Jenna has officially fessed up to her transgression in court Thursday, but she won't be serving jail time.

Jenna was sentenced to three years of informal probation. She must also participate in a three-month alcohol education programme designed by organisation MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving).

Jenna failed her breathalyser test on the day of the incident and was arrested.

This marks Jenna's second major legal issue in as many years.

Jenna's boyfriend mixed martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz, whom she shares twins with, was accused of committing domestic battery against the porn star in 2010.

Tito was arrested after police responded to a 911 call reporting a disturbance at the Huntington Beach home the fighter shared with Jenna. He was charged with felony domestic violence and spent several hours in jail before he posted bail.

Tito did not face criminal charges over the alleged domestic violence incident involving Jenna, as the pair recanted accusations.
