Jenner ‘demanding apology from Foxx’
Bruce Jenner is reportedly insisting Jamie Foxx apologise to him after the actor made a joke at his expense during the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
The 47-year-old actor caused controversy at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday when he made a distasteful joke about Bruce’s reported gender transformation.
As Jamie took to the stage, he told the audience: “We have some groundbreaking performances here, too, tonight. We got Bruce Jenner, who will be here doing some musical performances. He's doing a his-and-her duet all by himself."
He then added: “Look, I'm just busting your balls while I still can."
His comments quickly caused a storm on Twitter, with thousands of viewers taking to the social networking site to blast the actor for being “transphobic”.
And now it has been claimed that Bruce and his family were stunned by Jamie’s decision to comment on Bruce’s life change.
“It was just beyond rude and absolutely uncalled for,” a source told Radar Online. “Bruce knows Jamie and Jamie knows their whole family and has for quite some time now.”
Now Bruce’s family, including his stepdaughters Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian and daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, are said to be demanding an apology from Jamie.
The family are allegedly threatening to publicly slam Jamie if he doesn’t say sorry.
“Everyone in the Kardashian and Jenner clan are demanding that he apologise publicly and privately to Bruce stat and if he doesn’t, he is going to get the serious wrath of Bruce’s girls who are not okay with this,” the source added.
“Jamie thought that he was being funny, but he really tanked what is left of his dying career with this one.”
