Kris and Bruce Jenner have apparently continued to film new episodes for Keeping Up with the Kardashians despite their separation announcement.
On Tuesday the reality TV stars confirmed they have split up after 22 years of marriage. It has been claimed the couple have been separated since June. Despite facing an uncertain future, Kris and Bruce have apparently continued filming their popular US TV show.
According to TMZ, Bruce went to shoot scenes with daughters Kylie and Kendall shortly after news broke yesterday.
It seems new episodes will see Kris and Bruce living separately, but they will spend time together with the rest of their family.
The pair fuelled split rumours over the summer when it emerged that former Olympian Bruce had been staying at a Malibu beach house.
It has since been revealed that Bruce was craving a simpler lifestyle and finally decided to shun the “Hollywood life”.
"She's on a freight train and Bruce finally wanted off,” a source told TMZ.
While Kris was said to be unhappy with Bruce’s choice to rent a place, he was adamant that he needed a change.
Bruce is now apparently eager to strengthen his relationship with his two adult sons, Brandon and Brody, who were mainly raised by his ex-wife Linda Thompson.
Although it has been claimed Bruce and Kris have no plans to divorce, other insiders insist it could be a possibility.
If they do decide to make their separation permanent, it seems they could find it tough to reach a settlement over their estimated $125 million fortune as they don’t have a pre-nuptial agreement.
“Bruce was the primary bread winner and he provided Kris with a luxurious lifestyle when they were first married,” a source told RadarOnline. “He had endorsement deals and was a very popular motivational speaker. But as the Kardashian brand and fortune grew, Bruce joked to Kris that she should have gotten a pre-nup so he couldn’t take anything from her.
“Never in her wildest dreams would Kris have ever anticipated she could be losing the family fortune she worked so hard for. She won’t give it up without a fight.”
While there could be some difficulties splitting up their assets, Bruce reportedly won’t challenge Kris if she wants to keep the family home in Calabasas.
“Bruce likely won’t fight Kris to keep the house. He’ll probably ask that she just buy him out… which Kris won’t want to do because it means spending her own money,” the insider added. “If they end up divorcing, one thing is certain - Kris is not going to part with a penny more than she has to!”
