Jennifer Aniston 'attends marriage boot camp'
Jennifer Aniston has reportedly been undergoing "screaming sessions" to rid her of past anxieties which could plague her future married life with Justin Theroux.
The actress is said to working hard on preparations for her and her fiancé Justin Theroux's upcoming wedding.
The 43-year-old is allegedly so determined to make this union last longer than her marriage to Brad Pitt she has even signed herself and Justin up to an intensive three-day marriage boot camp in Santa Monica.
The event is supposed to be a way for brides-and-grooms-to-be to vent any problems they have and solve any lurking issues that may plague their married life before they walk down the aisle.
"She thought it would be a good idea to start married life rid of any problems," a source revealed to British magazine Grazia. "Justin seems to be as much a believer in the therapy as Jennifer is. On arrival, they had to hand over their mobile phones and undertake counselling, couple massages and screaming therapy - where you howl your feelings out at the top of your voice."
Unsurprisingly the course was challenging for both Jennifer and her 41-year-old beau. It is not known what issues or insecurities the pair addressed during their stint in the centre, although Jennifer was rumoured to be harbouring anxieties from her 2005 marriage breakdown.
"It was pretty hard tough going and they had to address all their deepest fears and worries," the source explained.
The experience left the couple raring to go with the wedding, which the insider revealed could be happening any day now.
"Jen and Justin seem to feel that they can take on anything married life throws at them now," the source continued. "They picked up their wedding rings as soon as they got back to LA and seem incredibly excited about the next phase in their lives."
