Jennifer Lopez reveals 'historic' tour
Jennifer Lopez says her tour with Enrique Iglesias will be one of the "most historic" the world has ever seen.
The two singers announced they will be teaming up for a series of shows alongside Latin group Wisin Y Yandel yesterday. The tour will take in 13 cities in North America, kicking off in Montreal, Canada, on July 14 and ending on August 31 in Miami.
After confirming the dates, Jennifer and Enrique completed a question and answer session with friends.
"I think it's going to be one of the most historic tours ever," Jennifer laughed excitedly.
"I don't think that there has ever been something like this that these Latinos have come together like this as family, international. English and Spanish. I just think it's very ground breaking."
Enrique is equally as excited about the upcoming event.
He hinted that he and Jennifer have something very special in store - leading many to wonder whether they will take to the stage together. The pair have previously collaborated on the track Mouth 2 Mouth.
"Jennifer and I are working on something that hopefully we'll be able to go on tour," he said.
Among the other cities on the tour roster are Toronto, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Los Angeles and Dallas.
Tickets will be available from Friday May 4.
