Jenny McCarthy 'giddy over macho man'

Jenny McCarthy

Jenny McCarthy's new man is the most "macho" person she's dated for a while, says her friend.

The star is dating American footballer Brian Urlacher and recently admitted her current romantic status is making her feel "giddy".

A source close to the star says Jenny couldn't be happier.

"[She] has really fallen for the guy. He's such a man's man, the most macho guy Jenny's dated or been involved with for a long, long time," a pal told Chicago Sun-Times.

Jenny has previously dated Jim Carrey, while her relationship with sports agent Paul Krepelka fell apart last year.

Being with Brian has showed her how important it is for her to open her life to someone.

"[He] quietly takes care of her when they're together," the insider explained.

"That may sound old-fashioned, especially since Jenny is very much her own person and a very contemporary, independent woman in many ways. But she loves the attention and the way he treats her. It's very comforting."

It's been reported that Jenny and Brian were introduced by Kristin Cavallari, who is friends with Jenny.

Kristin's fiancé Jay Cutler and Brian are good pals who both play for the Chicago Bears and she was sure Brian would get on well with Jenny.

Jay and Brian are like brothers, and now that Jay is settling down, he wants Brian to find a great girl and settle down too," a source said.

"Jay and Kristen were conspiring on who they could set Brian up with, and then Kristen reconnected with Jenny at a party and thought she'd be a great match."

Gemini:

This is a good time to establish a routine. Create a schedule that strikes a nice balance between your personal and professional lives. You're the type of person who needs plenty of intellectual stimulation outside of work. If you've been spending too much time at the office, reduce your hours. This may mean less money, but you can't put a price on happiness. You might even decide to take a job with unconventional hours so you can play sports or spend more time outdoors.More
