Jessica Simpson celebrated her birthday amidst "a lot of laughter".
The singer-turned-designer turned 32 on July 10.
Jessica gave birth to 9lbs. 13oz. daughter Maxwell Drew on May 1.
The star is currently a spokesperson for Weight Watchers and has reportedly been struggling to lose the 60lbs she gained during pregnancy.
She was happy as ever with her fiancé Eric Johnson, baby Maxwell Drew and close friends at Polo Lounge in Los Angeles Tuesday.
The group drank champagne and serenaded Jessica with the Happy Birthday song.
"There was a lot of laughter coming from the table and everyone looked very joyous," a source told Us Weekly magazine.
Jessica donned a long dress with long sleeves and shielded her face with large sunglasses for the festivities.
The star's former assistant and Maxwell's godmother Cacee Cobb was also amongst the attendees celebrating Jessica's big day.
