Jo backs Pamela for Strictly win

Jo Wood is backing Pamela Stephenson to win

Jo Wood is backing Pamela Stephenson to win the glitterball in this year's Strictly Come Dancing.

The beauty guru, who appeared with Brendan Cole on the show last year, lends her support to Pamela as a fellow older woman.

"I love Pamela, I hope she wins for the older woman - she's fabulous," she said at Red's Hot Women Awards in London.

Jo had visions of showing off sexy moves like Pamela, the wife of Scottish comedian Billy Connolly.

"That's how I imagined myself to be but I wasn't. I didn't do too badly, I did six weeks and that was plenty," she added.

Jo, the ex-wife of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, has been an avid viewer of this series.

"I was upset that Brendan went out - I thought that maybe he might win this year, because I wasn't that great last year," she said.

"My mother likes Ann Widdecombe. She is hysterical, I must admit she makes good watching and good TV! They have lots of good ones in there."

Virgo:

You'll have to make an emotional appeal to your boss. Unless things change, you might have to find another job. You're a very tolerant person, but you can't handle toxic behaviour. A colleague who takes great pleasure in making everyone feel miserable should be reprimanded. Make it clear you aren't the only person who is suffering from their abuse. Explain how this bully is ruining morale. It's a system wide problem that needs to be nipped in the bud.More
