Joey Essex has revealed the secret to The Only Way Is Essex's success - him.
The fashion-loving reality TV star joined the show in series two and has seen it go from strength to strength.
Asked what made it so popular, Joey quipped: "It's got me in it, doesn't it?"
He continued: "When I joined I didn't know how long it was going to go on for. I think it will crack on for a while, I don't see why they would want to get rid of it.
"I've got exciting things coming up. I'm doing interesting scenes and stuff I'll stay on for a little while now."
Joey also said he's not a fan of New Year's resolutions.
"When people drag out things and say 'I want to lose weight I want to lose a few stone and I'll start in three months in the New Year', I think it's an excuse to leave it for three months. If you want to stop doing something, just do it, don't wait," he added.
