Alex Jones has confessed that despite making it to the semi-finals of Strictly Come Dancing, she still doesn't think she can dance.
The One Show presenter told The Sun she was "really sad" to be booted off during this weekend's semi-final, but insisted she didn't deserve a place in the final three.
"I genuinely think everybody else was in a different league to me," she said.
"It's lovely to think that if I was up against it I could probably fudge my way through a waltz. But I still don't think I'm a dancer. I still can't dance!"
Alex, who was partnered with professional dancer James Jordan, added: "I was really sad to go as it's just been such a brilliant, positive experience. I can't think of anything that I didn't enjoy about the last three months and I am proud I got so far."
The Welsh star also revealed her boyfriend Charlie was a massive fan of the show.
"He's been really gripped by the Strictly bug as well," she said. "When we got home last night he said, 'so what are we going to do now then, hon?'."
