Josh Hutcherson is romancing an actress.
The 19-year-old Hunger Games star has reportedly been dating Ariana Grande since early 2012. The 18-year-old actress appears in Nickelodeon show Victorious, playing Cat Valentine.
"They've been seeing each other since the beginning of the year," an insider told Life & Style.
Ariana was at the Los Angeles premiere of Josh's film The Hunger Games last month. However, the pair decided to keep their fledgling relationship under wraps and so didn't strut the red carpet together.
"They've been trying to keep it low-profile," the source added, "because it's still rather new."
Josh has previously spoken about what he looks for in a woman. Although he is one of Hollywood's hottest young stars, he still gets tongue-tied around females.
The star isn't sure whether people can fall passionately in love when they don't really know each other.
"I don't think I've had love at first sight. But, I've definitely had moments where I've seen a person, and I'm like, 'Wow, there is something different about you, and I really want to get to know you.' I haven't really gained up the courage to talk to those girls. I still get a little nervous when talking to girls. Which is awful, and embarrassing, because I feel like I shouldn't [be]," he laughed.
