Justin Timberlake wants butt grab prize

Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake thinks his performance with Kylie Minogue at the 2003 BRIT Awards should have won him a prize for the "best bum grab" of the year.

The star made his comeback performance at the British music ceremony this month, ten years after his iconic performance with the Australian pop star.

During Justin and Kylie's infamous duet, the actor-and-singer grabbed his co-star's bottom on stage, which became one of the most talked about pictures of the year.

"[What actually happened is that] she was falling down and I was grabbing her to stop her falling," Justin joked to BBC Radio One. "She sat down because she thought there was a chair on stage. I was like I'm not going to let her fall down... so I should have won some sort of prize for that, like the 'best bum grab'."

During this year's BRIT Awards Justin performed his new song Mirrors live for the first time.

Mirrors is Justin’s second single from his forthcoming album The 20/20 Experience following his track Suit & Tie, a collaboration with Jay-Z.

It was recently announced that Justin and Jay-Z will be furthering their working relationship with a 12-city US/Canada tour this summer.

Justin gushed about his friendship with the American hip-hop legend.

"It's awesome working with Jay- Z, we have a lot in common," Justin gushed. "Jay's a self-made man and I'm kind of the same way. We had a lot of fun together and we've done a lot of records together."

The 32-year-old heartthrob also shared the secrets to his youthful appearance.

Justin joked that while he doesn't use any anti-aging lotions, he is a keen believer in following a proper dental hygiene routine.

"Do I age? Yes, every day," Justin joked.

"No, [I don't do anything in particular] I wash my face. Here's my advice though - floss, it's important! Dental hygiene is very important. I know it is a pain, you're done washing your teeth and you just want to go to bed, but it only takes two seconds. Just floss."
