Kardashian talks pregnancy struggle

Kim Kardashian has revealed she thinks it's important to share her pregnancy struggle on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The 34-year-old reality star gave birth to daughter North in June 2013, but she and husband Kanye West are now struggling to conceive their second child - which is documented in the upcoming 10th season of the show.

Kim said: "I just try to be as open as possible, and it has been more challenging to get pregnant the second time than the first.

"It's just how God works, when you aren't planning it it happens, and then when you want it so bad, it's not happening, so I think that's relatable to a lot of people. And that's the business that we're all about is just opening up and being relatable."

But she admitted husband Kanye was a lot more guarded about sharing their private life than she is.

Kim said: "He is more private than I am, but he understands my life. I was doing this before we met, and he respects that. He just respects what I do and is very supportive. And there are obviously some times when he wouldn't want something shown too much, and other times when he's like 'Go for it'.

"He knows how important it is to share my life because I've always been so open. So in a relationship there's definitely compromise, and he knows when there's certain things which will be meaningful to me."

The new series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians will air in the UK on E! in March.
