Kardashians throw second baby shower for Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen was thrown an A-list baby shower by her close pal Kim Kardashian.
The Kardashian sisters threw a star-studded second baby shower for Chrissy Teigen in Los Angeles.
Kim Kardashian hosted the celebration at her home on Saturday (26Mar16) for Lip Sync Battle co-host Chrissy and her husband, singer John Legend.
Other stars who celebrated at the couple's second bash included eldest Kardashian sisters Kourtney and Khloe, their younger half sister Kris Jenner, Jenna Dewan Tatum and hairdresser Jen Atkin.
Chrissy is expecting her first child, a daughter, and wore an off-the-shoulder white dress that clung to her baby bump as she joked around in photos with her Oscar-winning husband.
The party even had its own Snapchat filter, with "Chrissy's baby shower" appearing on snaps written in the same font as the party decorations, People.com report.
However, there was no fancy food to be seen at the A-list party, as McDonald's provided the ladies with a spread that included breakfast muffins and hash browns, all washed down with glasses of rose wine.
Kim, who's publicly documenting her battle to shed the baby weight after having son Saint back in December (15), posted a shot of the impressive dessert table at the party, captioning it, "everything I can't have".
Chrissy and John's first baby shower was held in New York on 6 March, and featured a special appearance from their French Bulldog Penny.
The Sports Illustrated model faced a backlash from social media users back in February after confessing that she had chosen the sex of their baby as she underwent IVF (in-vitro fertilisation).
She explained that she had wanted a daughter, as she felt her husband would be the best father to a girl. "What is that difference though?" she posted on Twitter amid the backlash. "I've already created embryos with a doctor. Only after must it be random. This is all so interesting.
"I said it so casually because i'm just open. I'm around so many open-minded people & forgot it's controversial. Anyhow I am not mad at anyone's beliefs but I don't really actively seek out people to make them feel bad about their decisions either."
