Kate Hudson insists she didn't give her Glee co-star permission to "grope [her] ass".

The Hollywood actress is guest-starring in six episodes of the hit musical show's latest season and plays calculating dance teacher Cassandra July.

Her character gets up close and personal with the show's new heartthrob Dean Geyer, who revealed in a recent interview that Kate gave him an all-access pass to "grope her ass".

Kate has laughed off her co-star's cheeky comment.

"I heard about this," she laughed to Access Hollywood. "For the record I did not say that. But when you're dancing you get very personal and you cannot be apologetic. For Dean it was like, 'OK, stop being so timid, we gotta get it!' So I said, 'Just grab it it's fine, you know!'"

She added: "I've got two or three episodes left to do and every time I get a script I'm like, 'Oh my God! How far are you going to take Cassandra, oh boy!' But I'm loving it."

Kate juggles her acting career with being a mother to her two sons Ryder and Bingham. The blonde beauty says the seven-year age gap between her two boys has fallen in her favour, and she loves to see them interact.

"To watch Ryder take a real leadership position as an older brother is the most beautiful thing. He's so patient with his younger brother. Bing is a real fireball, and to see how he lights up when Ryder comes in. That relationship to me is just gold," she gushed.

It feels like friends are few and far between. If you're not getting the help you need, ask why. It may be because you have been so preoccupied with work. Skipping special occasions and failing to return phone calls causes resentment. You have to be more engaged to sustain loving bonds. Call someone you've missed. It may take a few tries, but it's worth the effort. Be forthright about why you have been out of touch. Communication is the cornerstone of every healthy relationship.More
